Do you make bonnets for kids and infants?

Yes, all bonnets are handmade and made to order. Just purchase the style you like and leave a comment in the notes section at checkout with the infant/child's age.

Yes, I do offer wholesale pricing discounts only if you are purchasing 10+ items. Must have EIN and business name documents to be eligible for a merchandising account. 

How long is processing?

Processing times may vary based on inventory. Standard processing times are 7-14 business days. Business days does not include weekends or holidays.

Are your bonnets for adults?

Yes, all bonnets are made for adults, unless otherwise stated in the listing title. Elastic is 21-22'' completed.

I have a smaller/larger head than "average."

No problem! I get asked this question a lot! Feel free to leave an accurate measurement in the notes section at checkout.

Returns or Exchanges

Because of the nature of the product I cannot accept returns or exchanges, however, if you receive your item and its defective or damaged please contact us so that are able to effectively resolve any issues.

How often do you add new prints?

In the first week of the month, new prints are added. Suggestions are always accepted!

I haven't received my package, tracking shows delivered.

We aren't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local postmaster for shipping information or updates for packages showing out for delivery or delivered. Any packages that are returned due to being undeliverable will be canceled and refunded. 

I put the wrong address on my package.

Unfortunately, we will no longer allow changes to addresses after an order has been placed due to fraud. If you have put an incorrect address please contact us to have your order canceled and refunded.
